I am sure most of you are feeling it already, but we are in a p.r.e.t.t.y profound passage this week and so I have been asked by the Pleiadian High Council…on what they call a special mission of service… to address some things that they feel we would benefit from knowing. Please bear with me as I have not fully integrated this information…which I try to do (at least a little) before I post an update…however, there is a sense of urgency behind this that is forcing me to wing-it. As always, the energy of the article is more important than the words that are preceding our mental comprehension of it all.

Six Small Earthquakes Today in Central Arkansas QUITMAN, ARK- Friday-October 28,2011 (AP) - Six small earthquakes have been recorded in central Arkansas. The U.S. Geological Survey says the quakes began near Quitman on Friday morning. A magnitude 2.0-quake struck shortly before 8 a.m. Several other quakes hit until the latest and strongest quake just before noon. That earthquake had a magnitude of 2.5. Arkansas Department of Emergency Management spokeswoman Renee Preslar says there weren’t any reports of injuries or damage. The latest quakes come after a rash of earthquakes in the nearby communities of Guy and Greenbrier. Geologists say earthquakes with magnitudes of 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest felt by humans. 6-9pm at Fire Pit (behind the pavilion) “Sacred Fire” with Melissa Clare The Sacred Fire Community of Eureka Springs will hold a demonstration Community Fire on Friday evening. We will begin by making offerings from the Huichol tradition. This way of showing our respect to Grandfather Fire has been gifted to the SFC through the authority of Tsaurirrikame’s* Eliot Cowan and David Wiley,who were trained by their teachers and elders in the Huichol community, Don Lupe Gonzales Rios and Don Jose Sandoval de la Cruz.
The purpose of the Sacred Fire Community is to preserve and promote the wisdom of ancestral traditions while teaching how these perspectives and processes can be integrated into modern life to generate balance, openness and health.
The offerings are of copal, tobacco, cocoa beans and stick and will be provided, along with an introductory explanation. Please arrive early if you would like to participate in making offerings. Otherwise you are welcome to join us at any time throughout the evening (*Tsaurirrikame = senior shaman, and involves a 14 year apprenticeship with strenuous pilgrimages)

Healing Path Expo To Explore Alternative Healing Paths on 11/11/11 in Eureka Springs West
A three-day alternative healing exposition is scheduled at the Retreat at Sky Ridge in Eureka Springs West, November 11-13, 2011.
Marie Turnock event coordinator and founder of ArkansasHealers.com , reports there will be both alternative healers and speakers. Workshops and speakers’ topics will include manifesting, Veterans health, 2012, living in your heart, meditation, yoga, communication, drumming & dancing, shamanic improvisation, past life, DNA and much more. Followed by the plan to open up to the needs of returning vets, to welcome them back into society as the people best suited to lead the nation in its healing. Facilitate their healing and accept their leadership.

Ashtanga Yoga is an Intense form of Healing movements which are healing, strengthening, and energizing for the body, mind and spirit.
It has very much to do with breathing, and breathing deeply is to invite a healthier existence. This yoga can bring relief to practically every sort of disorder or ailment, builds up energy in the practitioner, building physical strength and mental, emotional abilities to deal with many situations. It improves your health, vitality and helps keep you youthful. For those who are new to this practice, for the first few weeks, you may not practice it in totality, for full practice may prove very difficult for beginners. Sat. 2-4pm in Picnic Pavilion (outside) Please bring a yoga mat.
Instructor: Bahir Kedem Born in U.S. but of sacred India, raised from childhood in a monastery, taught the ways of life, but still more to learn now that I am out in the world, both learning and teaching. I learned ashtanga yoga (vinyasa) nearly a year ago, introduced to it by some of my friends who practice and learned it from a yogi from India.
